It’s difficult to get experience when you can’t get a job, but you don’t have to get paid experience. You might not be getting paid for it, but it’ll look great on your resume and you’ll be able to talk about the experience you’ve gotten volunteering there. Get qualifications
You’ll be lucky to get a job in the hospitality industry without some form of qualification, especially if you want to get a job as a chef or head waiter. Talk to people
Getting jobs in many industries is more about networking and less about your qualifications and experience. You can end up talking to the right person who tells you about a particular job vacancy.
